Thermal Anti-Ice. Indicates that the cowl anti-ice valve is open, essentially the same as a dim COWL VALVE OPEN light.
Green means the cowl is open, while yellow means there is a disagreement between engine anti-ice switch and valve position (like the bright COWL VALVE OPEN light).
