Ingredients
- 25 - 30 chiles de arbol
- 1 large garlic clove
- 4 black peppercorns
- 2 cloves
- 1 bunch of marjoram (?)
- .5 tsp salt
- 3/4 cups of water
- 2 tbsp vinegar
Method
In a pan, fry chillies and garlic in a low flame.
