Ingredients

  • 25 - 30 chiles de arbol
  • 1 large garlic clove
  • 4 black peppercorns
  • 2 cloves
  • 1 bunch of marjoram (?)
  • .5 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cups of water
  • 2 tbsp vinegar

Method

In a pan, fry chillies and garlic in a low flame.

Place all ingredients in a blender.
