Ingredients

  • 1/2 kilo chicken
  • 1/4 kilo white onion
  • 12 garlic cloves
  • Oil
  • 1 leek
  • 1 carrot
  • Celery
  • 1 small capsicum
  • 3 litres water
  • Black pepper
  • Salt

Directions

  1. Fry onions and garlic
  2. Add rest of veggies, cook for 5 minutes
  3. Add Chicken and pepper and add hot water
  4. Remove scum that rises
  5. Let cook on low heat for 1 hour
  6. Strain the mix and serve
